These terms define the rules on which Copernicus Insights, based in Toruń at ul. Kopernika 16, provides data analysis and business support services. By using our services, you accept the following terms. Our goal is to provide reliable information that will help your company make decisions, which is why we focus on clear and simple rules. Cooperation is based on an oral or written agreement, depending on the scope of the order.
As a locally operating company, we care about building lasting relationships. We consider every inquiry individually, examining the market in terms of your specific needs. Scope of services and results provided
As part of our services, we provide reports based on hard market data, competitor analysis, and customer behavior research. We deliver results in an agreed-upon format, usually via email or during a face-to-face meeting in our office. Remember that our analyses are a tool to support your decisions, and final business steps always belong to you. We are not responsible for investment decisions made by the client based on our reports.
We make every effort to ensure that the data is precise and up-to-date at the time the report is prepared. If you notice any inaccuracies, please report this fact immediately so we can clarify the situation. We value your time and money, which is why we stick to agreed delivery deadlines.
Confidentiality and data security
At Copernicus Insights, we care about the security of information you entrust to us. As a company from Toruń, we follow strict confidentiality rules. All data regarding your company, your customers, and your competition that we become familiar with during our work is treated as a trade secret. We do not share your analysis results with third parties or use them for other purposes than those agreed upon during the order.
We store data securely for the time necessary to provide the service, after which, upon the expiration of the appropriate period, it is permanently deleted or archived in accordance with the law. If you do not want us to store your contact details, please inform us by writing to kontakt@copernicus-insights.pl, and we will immediately remove them from our database.
